Client Brief

With the advent of AI, cyber security breaches are becoming easier to execute and harder to detect. Zscaler aimed to bring tech and business decision-makers up to speed, and demonstrate how its zero trust model keeps companies secure without slowing them down. We seized the opportunity to lead a smart, timely and memorable conversation about the way that AI is reshaping the definition of trust itself – allowing Zscaler to shift the cyber security narrative and position itself as a strategic partner able to navigate the fast-changing digital landscape, rather than a simple provider.

Our approach

We built a distinctive editorial campaign anchored by a sharp, attention-grabbing hook: “Trust no one: digital trust in the age of artificial intelligence”. Dissecting a cyber security breach from three angles, we gave the perspectives of the victim, the attacker and the zero trust model, creating a narrative that felt real, urgent and highly relevant. Crafted for the FT audience, the piece balanced intelligence with clarity, allowing design and UX to carry the message. The result: an immersive, thought-provoking campaign that revealed why traditional security models no longer hold up in today’s digital landscape.
